📋 Description
- Own product features end to end from customer problems through design, implement, launch, iterate
- Lead major product surfaces across multiple lines, set architecture and engineering direction
- Build performant, intuitive interfaces for large financial datasets
- Design scalable data models and APIs for various product experiences
- Develop streaming results and long-running processes with responsive UX
- Build AI-native capabilities including orchestration, retrieval, tool calls, workflows
🎯 Requirements
- Senior or Staff+ engineer with complex, intuitive B2B product shipping
- Strong full-stack capabilities from UI to backend and data stores
- Experience with performance, reliability, usability, detail
- Designing data models, APIs, and backend systems for large datasets
- Customer-facing product mindset and able to translate needs into solutions
- Experience with AI-native development (or strong interest) such as orchestration, retrieval
