📋 Description

• Support Medicare documentation and payment processes in a healthcare setting.
• Review and process incoming clinical documentation for therapeutic shoe coverage requirements.
• Serve as a resource for customers, sales teams, management, and diabetic care practitioners.
• Contribute to reporting, KPIs, and operational goals to improve workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service and clinical teams as needed.
• Maintain patient-centered service with high integrity and professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with day-to-day billing and coding operations; podiatry/orthotics experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical documentation, payment processes, and healthcare workflows.
• Experience using an EHR/EMR system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
