📋 Description

• Support the Product Owner in shaping an in‑house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues
• Contribute to roadmap, vision, and feature planning for AI product
• Gather user insights, analyze MI, research, and track user needs
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate ideas into clear requirements and backlog
• Work with Customer Success and regional teams to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in financial services or consulting
• Experience in product development or ownership, end‑to‑end lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompting, evaluation, AI safety
• Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI/ML transformations
• Self‑starter with initiative in fast changing environments
• Strong problem solving and cross‑team collaboration
