Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models for engagement and activation
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing
• Translate requirements into robust Snowflake schemas for CDP and activation
• Build pipelines syncing data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and engagement tools
• Work on identity resolution, consent, events, and customer-profile unification
• Support Customer 360 views and audience readiness across channels

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Snowflake expertise: architecture, modeling, optimization, cost mgmt
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, 360 initiatives
• CRM/engagement platform experience: Braze, SFMC, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign
• Strong understanding of events, attributes, segmentation, personalization
• Reverse ETL skills (Hightouch, Census)
• Advanced SQL and dbt; scalable, customer-centric models
