📋 Description

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging
• Deliver care on Oscar platform per guidelines
• Work remotely with team to improve patient care
• Shift: 9a-5p EST M-F + 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Remote/work-from-home with eligibility states listed

🎯 Requirements

• PA from accredited program
• Board Certification (ANCC)
• Bilingual Spanish (read/write/speak)
• Licensed in at least 3 of the following states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA
• Willing to license in additional states with vendor support
• 3+ years urgent care/ER/outpatient family medicine

• Base pay $116,400 - $152,775/year
