• Lead clinical development in Japan as CDS
• Manage external KOLs and gather data
• Lead Japan Clinical Development Plan (JCDP)
• Align with Global and PMDA on strategies
• Ensure clinical safety in Japan trials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical development
• Medical/ Life sciences degree; advanced degree preferred
• English: TOEIC 800+ or equivalent
• Leadership, coaching, team building
• Strong communication (JP/EN) and medical writing
