Group Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Lead external reporting under IFRS across jurisdictions
• Direct Group audit process and auditor relationships
• Provide leadership on technical accounting and policies
• Prepare papers for Audit Committee and Board
• Own month-end, consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Oversee global tax strategy, VAT/GST and employment taxes

🎯 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent, senior Finance leader
• Experience with UK-listed businesses and annual report cycle
• Deep IFRS knowledge and listed-company reporting
• Audit leadership with complex audits
• Strong technical accounting judgement
• Board/Audit Committee exposure valued
