📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for dev teams and government stakeholders.
• Maintain sprint backlog with Product Owner alignment.
• Track velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate with Salesforce, Agentforce, and partners on delivery status.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Advanced Agile certs (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, PMI-ACP).
• 7–10 years Scrum Master exp in enterprise settings.
• At least 3 years in Agile development; U.S. citizenship and clearance.
• Gov/public sector exp preferred; Salesforce/Agentforce knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
