Senior Technical Lead - Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical leadership to build production-grade Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
• Own architecture decisions for multi-step reasoning agents, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent
• Lead RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector search, and hybrid retrieval.
• Guide production engineering for scalable, secure, cloud-native APIs and microservices.
• Establish AI/LLMOps practices: deployment, monitoring, guardrails, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Platform, Security, and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years software engineering; 4+ years AI/ML; 2+ years LLM/Agentic AI in production.
• Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agents, memory, planning, reasoning.
• Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Software: strong Python; scalable, distributed, production-grade systems.
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP; APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture.
• MLOps/LLMOps: MLflow, LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or equivalent.
