Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead or co-lead technical and advisory projects, independently managing deliverables with limited
- Design, administer, and analyze assessments and surveys focused on health equity, cultural and
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses at program, department, and system levels
- Develop and refine evaluation approaches and frameworks that enable agencies to monitor health
- Support data-to-action initiatives by helping clients translate evidence and findings into concrete
- Design and maintain performance measurement frameworks, implementation metrics, reporting systems
🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant applied public health experience, including at least 2 years in a consulting
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related field.
- At least 1–4 years of direct client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted
- Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, survey research, epidemiology, or a related
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including survey design, administration, and
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, R, Tableau, REDCap, or

- Annual salary range of $87,360–$120,640, with typical new-hire placement between the range minimum
