📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health programs, utilization management, and quality
• Serve as primary clinical resource for complex case reviews and provider consultations.
• Partner with health plans, providers, and internal teams to improve member outcomes.
• Support initiatives expanding access to mental health and substance use services.
• Oversee clinical metrics, quality measures, and evidence-based standards of care.
• Analyze data to improve access, quality, and operational effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Physician (MD or DO) license in Michigan with ability to obtain additional
• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• At least 5 years practicing as a psychiatrist with behavioral health/substance use expertise.
• At least 3 years in managed care/utilization management.
• Proven experience improving clinical outcomes and performance.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, quality metrics, and regulatory standards.
