Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield

📋 Description

• Own the buy-side auction stack and proprietary wrapper powering programmatic ads.
• Shape roadmap for auction performance, demand integrations, bidder management, yield optimization.
• Lead experiment-driven improvements to reliability, latency, and revenue efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Supply, Analytics, and privacy teams.
• Drive AI-driven yield algorithms to unlock additional revenue opportunities.
• Communicate complex trade-offs to senior stakeholders to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management in programmatic advertising or yield platforms.
• Deep knowledge of header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, GAM, and SSP/DSP ecosystem.
• Proven experience optimizing yield levers to generate incremental revenue.
• Strong grasp of RPM, fill rate, win rate, latency, and revenue efficiency.
• Familiarity with ads.txt, sellers.json, SCHAIN, and consent frameworks (TCF/GPP).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing; SQL knowledge a plus.
