• Strong SQL development and performance tuning
• Python or PySpark and distributed processing
• ETL/ELT pipelines with cloud/on-prem data sources
• Fabric lakehouse/warehouse patterns, OneLake, Power BI
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing, documentation
