Workday Contract and Journeys Consultant

📋 Description

• Hands-on Workday consulting focused on contract, offer letters, onboarding, and journeys
• Automate HR processes across 14 countries with country-specific requirements
• Configure Workday Recruiting, Journeys, Docs, and BPM for scalable solutions
• Partner with HRIS teams and external implementation partner during rollout
• Support global rollout and continuous improvements of Workday automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration with Workday Recruiting and Journeys
• Proven experience configuring Workday onboarding, contracts, e-signatures (DocuSign), and BPM
• Experience building Journeys with audience targeting and third-party integrations
• Global/multi-country Workday implementations and country-specific compliance
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, and requirements gathering
• Excellent collaboration with HRIS, leadership, and external partners
