• Lead design for Miro's Growth experiences (activation, onboarding, engagement)
• Define the future of activation at scale with experiments
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on AI-driven growth
• Mentor designers and evolve design systems and tooling
• Balance user value with business goals through design strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design (B2B SaaS or AI-focused)
• 2-3+ years at Staff/Principal level with ownership
• Strong portfolio of user-focused products
• Deep AI design tooling knowledge
• Cross-functional collaboration with PM, UX, Eng
• Strong communication and autonomous work style
