- Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot services across the enterprise.
- Manage deployment, licensing, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot.
- Monitor Copilot service health, usage, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable AI-powered productivity use cases.
- Troubleshoot Copilot issues and coordinate with Microsoft support.
- Support governance and compliance for AI deployments.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years administering Microsoft enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with AI, Copilot, collaboration, identity, or modern workplace tech.
