📋 Description
- Own enterprise Linux platform roadmap for on-prem and cloud.
- Define engineering standards, build patterns, and reliability processes.
- Design scalable, resilient Linux solutions across environments.
- Act as technical authority for compute, virtualization, storage, and core Linux services.
- Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python).
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years engineering Linux platforms in enterprise settings.
- Expertise in SUSE Linux, RHEL or equivalent at scale.
- Proficient with Bash and Python; Perl a plus.
- Automation/IaC with Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.
- VMware vSphere or similar virtualization experience.
