Manager - Global Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting

📋 Description

• Own global month-end, quarter-end, year-end close cadence (T+3 soft, T+6 hard, T+7 reporting).
• Lead multi-entity consolidation and elimination entries across 11+ entities and multiple currencies.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, cross-entity postings, netting, and transfer pricing
• Manage Fixed Assets across entities; transition to review-only with FA Analyst hire.
• Lead statutory and regulatory compliance across regions; coordinate with tax lead and regulators.
• Drive audits with local firms and ensure strong internal controls and timely close.

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years post-qualification experience.
• 4-5 years managing a global accounting team in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
• Deep US GAAP expertise (ASC 606, ASC 842, SBC, consolidation, revenue recognition).
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld; working knowledge of Coupa, Numeric, Avalara, Carta is a plus.
• Proven ability to own close and consolidation across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Big 4 background preferred; experience in consumer/tech high-growth environment a plus.
