Senior Full-stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the teams technical lead, owning the end-to-end architecture and direction of our
• Design and build the backend services and integrations that ingest engineering, tooling, and cost
• Partner with our Product Owner to identify and define the biggest opportunities for impact, and
• Build the back-end that enables role-based reporting on engineering health, AI and tooling spend
• Own quality, reliability, and operational monitoring for business-critical reporting that leaders
• Mentor less experienced engineers and up-level the team through design reviews, constructive

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production
• Proven ability to drive significant projects to completion from design to rollout, informed by
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (for example Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript)
• Demonstrated, hands-on use of agentic engineering as a core part of how you work
• Strong backend, API integration, SQL and data modeling skills
• Proficiency in a modern web front-end stack sufficient to prototype visualizations, and review
