Logistics Manager - 3PL & Last Mile | Dutch or German Speaker

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Logistics Team across 3PL and last-mile operations
• Own operational performance reporting for leadership reviews
• Manage 3PL/vendor performance and drive improvements
• Improve customer experience post-purchase and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives and roadmaps
• Influence logistics strategy and initiatives with regional/global stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce/logistics, fast-moving consumer goods
• Proven 3PL vendor management and SLA/contract experience
• Experience leading/coaching a logistics team
• Strong communication with external vendors and internal teams
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency in Dutch or German
