🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role focused on Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
• Strong technical acumen to align business challenges with Zscaler portfolio outcomes.
• Ability to analyze customer data to tailor adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
