📋 Description

• Provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees via multi-modal therapy
• Operate within Lyra’s framework emphasizing clinical integrity, timely documentation, and
• Collaborate with network partners and ensure compliance with Lyra’s SLAs and verification processes.
• Deliver care with a focus on workplace wellness and employee well-being across modalities.
• Adhere to confidentiality, ethical boundaries, and centralized billing practices.
• Maintain strong clinical notes and documentation within 24 hours per policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license/registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience; experience with EAP and short-term
• Expertise in EAP services, workplace wellness, stress management, burnout, relationships, grief
