Hardware engineer

📋 Description

• Place electronic components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors)
• Route signal, power, and ground traces
• Manage multilayer stack‑ups
• Ensure signal integrity, EMC/EMI, thermal performance, reliability
• Apply design rules and manufacturing constraints (DFM, DFA, DFT)
• Prepare manufacturing files (Gerbers, ODB++, pick-and-place, BOM)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in embedded systems or related field
• Strong understanding of electronics and schematics
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes
• IPC standards knowledge (IPC‑2221, IPC‑7351, IPC‑A‑610 a plus)
• Signal integrity and power integrity basics
• Attention to detail, cross‑team communication, datasheet reading
