Tech Recruiter - Full Time Contract (FTC)

📋 Description

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting
• Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance and others to scale hiring
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving branding, events, and employee
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• You have 6 - 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with
• You have experience partnering with tech hiring teams and acting as a trusted advisor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to navigate complex, evolving environments autonomously
• Data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine strategy
