- Field-based role; candidate should live near primary city.
- Geography covers Arkansas, Louisiana, parts of Mississippi (Hattiesburg).
- Coordinate in-field activities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and monitor District Sales Plan and progress.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven District Manager leadership; pharma sales mgmt experience (min 4 yrs).
- Strong judgment, product/state knowledge, and market dynamics sense.
- Ability to mentor teams and deliver constructive feedback.
- HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities in assigned territory.
- Must have valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screening.
