Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) - The Grove

📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences and brand mission.
• Build sales through product knowledge and authentic connection.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• Maintain front and back of house operations, product flow, and daily replenishment.
• Assist in processing shipment and visual merchandising.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability including the Blackout period (Thanksgiving through end of January).
