📋 Description

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks: mobility, bed transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (drive company vehicles as required).
• Some roles may require your own vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind; dependable, adaptable, flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented; team player; respectful and collaborative.
• Computer skills for documentation; strong reading, writing, and communication.
• 18 years or older; successful background clearance on onboarding.
