📋 Description

• Lead BAU data production tasks: coding, matching, quality checks
• Oversee end-to-end production workflow and ensure timely, accurate data delivery
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with Stakeholders
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Investigate data or delivery issues and perform RCA
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data operations, analytics, or market insights
• Expertise in data coding, matching, and QA
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience coordinating teams and managing workload
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
