Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and architect data infrastructure across structured and unstructured data
• Build automated data transformation pipelines and quality gates
• Define agentic evaluation metrics and ground truth with product/AI teams
• Develop evaluation pipelines using LLMs and agent logs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering with production data platforms ownership
• Domain ownership of a data platform or domain
• Hands-on evaluation infrastructure experience for ML/AI systems
• Experience defining ground truth and labeling guidelines
• Production Python, strong SQL, distributed processing, orchestration
• Cloud data platform, infrastructure-as-code, CI and on-call experience
