📋 Description
- Provide clinical leadership to Product and Engineering on patient safety, trust & safety, error
- Monitor AI-generated clinical summaries and notes; identify and communicate emerging error trends.
- Develop and validate automated root cause analyses of clinical AI errors; conduct manual
- Translate clinical findings into product requirements, repair recommendations, prioritization, and
- Lead clinical oversight of human-in-the-loop review operations; focus on reviewer accuracy

🎯 Requirements
- MD or DO with ≥5 years patient-care experience, including ≥2 years inpatient clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, patient safety, healthcare quality, and clinical risk
- Experience analyzing quality/clinical data and communicating findings to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate clinical risks into actionable product requirements and prioritization.
- Strong written/verbal/analytical communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience training/auditing supervising clinical professionals or reviewers.
