Senior Software QA Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead a team of test engineers for test development, automation, and validation of smart energy
• Define and strengthen testing processes, tools, and best practices to ensure QA quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites and Python-based scripts.
• Plan system-level testing across frontend/backend apps, software, hardware, OS, and networks.
• Build and maintain network environments required for system/integration testing.
• Triages issues, communicates defects, and drives timely bug resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software testing/QA.
• Strong QA methodologies and automated testing experience.
• Proven experience developing automated test suites/tools.
• Programming with Python.
• Frontend and backend testing experience; UNIX/Linux proficiency.
