📋 Description

• Advance AbbVie's pipeline by driving clinical research excellence and data integrity.
• Partner with investigator/site staff for meaningful engagements in trials.
• Ensure trial conduct, compliance, and study performance; focus on patient experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Territary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical research experience; 6 months in monitoring.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP, and site monitoring.
• Strong collaboration, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with site engagement tools/CRM and data reporting.
• Ability to mentor others and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
