Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide spiritual support to patients and families in VT visits
- Develop and follow client spiritual care plan
- Deliver end-of-life education and symptom-related guidance
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Travel within Chittenden, Franklin and Washington Counties
- Participate in bereavement services when appropriate
🎯 Requirements
- Masters of Divinity preferred
- At least one unit of CPE preferred
- One year of spiritual counseling in healthcare, hospice/palliative care
- Willingness to travel within office coverage area
🎁 Benefits
- Base pay hourly: $28-$32
- Per diem schedule with flexible hours
