🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years clinically related experience; 2 years in independent clinical research monitoring
- Knowledge of risk-based monitoring, GCP/ICH guidelines
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking in dynamic environments
- Proficiency with technology and tools to support site health
- English and local language proficiency
