Biologics Formulation Scientist

📋 Description

• Formulate proteins at high concentrations for developability and stability workflows
• Perform viscometry, SEC, and assays for thermal and colloidal stability
• Execute automated high-throughput workflows in a development lab
• Independently support ongoing studies and high-level activities
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in a method development environment
• Analyze data and report results; may work with ADC projects in OEB4/OEB5

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a scientific discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on industry or research lab experience
• Authorization to work in the US without restrictions
• Experience with buffer prep, high concentration antibody formulation via UFDF/TFF
• Experience with stability assays and analytical instrumentation (SEC, HPLC, viscometry, DLS
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
