📋 Description
- Own hospital units and oversee Registry contracts functions
- Monitor KPI and analyze unit performance
- Identify poor performers and drive improvements
- Provide timely progress reporting to internal teams and clients
- Train units on data entry and registry systems
- Present stakeholders with data interpretation and registry outputs
🎯 Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team or independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload
- Flexible; able to adapt to procedures and policies
- Full UK Driving Licence and car
