📋 Description
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with clinical team and participate in onboarding and mentorship
- Utilize modern outpatient orthopedic tools and documentation
- Educate patients and track progress toward goals
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- PTA license or eligibility to practice in Tennessee
- Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
- Willingness to work full-time, part-time, or PRN
