• Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer for enterprise apps in ASP.NET MVC 5.
• Translate requirements into accessible, user-centered front-end experiences.
• Apply UI/UX, IA, interaction design, usability, responsiveness.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Use semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, focus management.
• Test interfaces with assistive tech (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of front-end/UI development experience.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery proficiency.
• UI/UX principles, accessibility conformance (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, Section 508).
• ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, accessibility testing.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC 5, full-stack .NET in Windows environment.
