📋 Description

• Assists students in adjusting to Center life, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensures students meet schedules, wake on time and attend training/work.
• Prepares students for training day, including appropriate dress.
• Provides daily supervision in personal hygiene, room/chore duties and activities.
• Maintains dorms and bulletin boards, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Provides informal counseling on stress management and responsible behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
