📋 Description
- Own quality control across manufacturing sites on the factory floor.
- Run the hardware test lab: board/system bring-up, validation and stress testing of new server
- Oversee assembly and end-to-end testing of GPU servers before deployment.
- Define and maintain test procedures, acceptance criteria and QC checkpoints.
- Diagnose hardware/firmware/driver issues and drive root-cause analysis with design/manufacturing
- Validate GPU compute and interconnect performance under Linux using CUDA/NCCL.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing/validating GPU/HPC servers (bring-up, burn-in, validation).
- Strong Linux skills at system/hardware level.
- Firmware knowledge: BIOS/UEFI, BMC/IPMI, GPU/NIC firmware, flashing/troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of NVIDIA stack: drivers, CUDA, NCCL; benchmarking multi-GPU systems.
- Solid understanding of server hardware: motherboards, PCIe, power, cooling, storage, networking.
- Experience with QC/manufacturing test processes in hardware production.
