Part Time Finance Controller

📋 Description

• Provide financial leadership, performance analysis, and business partnering with the MD and senior
• Stress test business strategy financially and integrate into budgeting processes.
• Enhance financial visibility, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure effective resource
• Partner with Business Line and Operations to develop annual strategy aligned with revenue and
• Monitor performance vs budget/forecast and lead monthly business reviews.
• Support Group-led transformation projects with robust financial analysis and performance tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of KPI development, profitability analysis, cost control, and performance management.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Strong verbal and written communication with finance and non-finance colleagues; highly organised
