🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA and 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in worldwide direct tax compliance, tax accounting, and financial reporting
• Strong ability to identify and escalate risk; business-oriented recommendations
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence senior stakeholders
