Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the financial planning and analysis process for assigned departments, including budgeting
• Lead cross-functional financial initiatives, partnering with teams such as Art Studio, Sales, and
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor performance, identify
• Own the standard recurring reporting required by Sales, Art Studio, and other business areas as
• Proactively identify areas for financial improvement, anticipate challenges, and recommend

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, anticipate business needs, and take
• Naturally curious, with a strong desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers and business
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis
• Experience using data to create high-level insights and strategic recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP systems, and
