📋 Description
- Join MoonPay's Security Operations Center as a SOC Analyst on a 24x7 rotation, protecting the
- Monitor real-time alerts, investigate incidents, and support infrastructure operations in a
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain effective security and incident-response
- Contribute to runbooks and knowledge base improvements to boost team efficiency.
- Monitor external attack surface for brand impersonation and fraudulent activity.
- Engage in incident-response exercises and ongoing security monitoring as part of daily duties.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a Security Operations Center, security monitoring, or incident-response role.
- Experience investigating data-exfiltration indicators, unusual file transfers, and unauthorized
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts: networks, endpoints (macOS), and identity
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, incident-command models, and ticketing systems (Jira, Linear or
- Strong documentation discipline; ability to write clear incident summaries and shift notes.
- Proactive problem-solver with good judgment on when to escalate versus investigate.
