📋 Description

• Deliver high-touch relocation services to employees and families.
• Act as a knowledgeable local resource on neighborhoods, transit, and lifestyle.
• Manage multiple client engagements remotely and in-person within your area.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners to support the client experience.
• Provide area tours and on-going guidance through the relocation process.
• Communicate via phone, email, video, and in-person interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in Charlotte with local market knowledge.
• Must own a reliable 4-door vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible and available to work weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated; able to manage multiple engagements independently.
