📋 Description

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services
• Deliver evidence-based care with mentorship and professional growth
• Develop individualized care plans for patients
• Collaborate with a network of clinics within Upstream Rehabilitation
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy in a team setting
• Support new grads with structured onboarding and ongoing development

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible) in North Carolina
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy or new-grad eligible
• Ability to build care plans and deliver evidence-based care
• Strong teamwork and patient-focused mindset
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
