Sr. Program Manager, AA Tech

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve AA Tech employee experience and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR, Communications, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, and
• Use feedback, surveys, roundtables, and focus groups to identify needs and translate insights into
• Oversee Non-FTE processes with Total Talent teams (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
• Maintain governance for Confluence, Sharepoint, and other internal tools.
• Improve operating rhythms, docs, training, and process adherence across AA Tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of end-to-end program management; 4+ years in people ops or learning & development
• Strong execution, change management, analytical, and cross-functional skills.
• Proven stakeholder influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who creates structure and drives programs end-to-end.
