🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license/registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Experience as an EAP service provider and short-term, solution-focused approaches preferred.
• Strong documentation discipline, administrative skills, and collaborative mindset.
