Clinic Director/Partner - Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Lead a Goldsboro PT clinic in outpatient ortho
• Develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, foster a high‑performing culture
• Manage clinic operations, patient experience, scheduling, and performance
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and staff
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and partners
• Path to multi-site leadership or ownership within Upstream network

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Active clinic leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a patient‑centered approach
• Ability to build teams and develop others
• Upstream leadership development experience is a plus
