Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with physician orders and goals.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• VA license as Speech Language Pathologist
• ASHA CCC or equivalent certification path
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
